"Angie is truly exceptional at both speech and myofunctional therapy, and the progress we’ve seen has been amazing. She is kind, intentional, and enthusiastic about her work. Every session was thoughtful and purposeful, yet still fun and engaging.
"What sets her apart is her ability to identify the root causes behind our daughter's speech delay rather than just addressing surface-level symptoms. She takes a comprehensive, whole-child approach and is extremely knowledgeable. She’s also very well connected with other trusted specialists in the area, and her referrals have been invaluable to our family.
"We are so grateful for Ms. Angie’s expertise, dedication, and heart. I cannot recommend her highly enough!"

"Angie is an INCREDIBLE therapist! We really connected on the importance of treating the whole child, the impact of breathing and jaw on your health, and making those changes early on in a child’s life.
"We came to Angie with the hopes to eliminate thumb sucking for our 4 yr old, and we have left with so much more! Her program was successful and he does not suck his thumb anymore! Despite our son really having a hard time at first, we worked hard as a team. This was only due to Angie’s ability to work with us with kindness, care and flexibility.

"Thank you Angie, you helped us so much and will be a huge continued resource moving forward!”

"I can’t say enough good things about Angie. We started taking our son to see her before he was three years old. Angie was the one who discovered that he had a tongue tie, something his pediatrician missed. Over the last 2.5 years, Angie helped us navigate the process of doing the tongue tie release, as well all the pre- and post-[surgery] tongue stretches to ensure a smooth process.
"Additionally, we have seen tremendous improvement in my son's clarity of speech due to all of the 1:1 lessons due to Angie's expertise. We consider ourselves lucky in finding her. And on top of it all, she is such a lovely person who our son adores. We can’t thank her enough."

"My daughter has been seeing Angie for 8 months now. We had done speech therapy at a hospital before. We didn't feel like the previous place understood what was going on and felt frustrated.
"We met Angie through my daughter's school and she really went the extra mile to figure out what was going on with her. Since we started therapy, we have seen and continue to see wonderful improvement. My daughter LOVES her sessions with Angie and looks forward to them weekly. I love that her speech is improving and that she loves learning with Angie."

"I decided to pursue orthodontic treatment as an adult, and discovered Angie at ChitChat Therapies (former name of Willow Speech & Myo) after learning that I would benefit from orofacial myofunctional therapy ["myo"] alongside orthodontics.
"She has been a wonderful guide, helping me correct my swallowing technique, tongue position, and jaw movement. Starting a process like this as an adult can be daunting, but Angie is an incredibly patient and knowledgeable teacher, and I’ve enjoyed learning from her over the course of therapy.
"She brings enthusiasm and experience to each session, and provides excellent follow-up communication between sessions. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed learning new skills through her support, and it’s been a joy to have had such expert care throughout this journey!"

"Angie is just the best! She’s patient and kind; she always walks through exercises and corrections with care and precision. I used ChitChat (former name of Willow Speech & Myo) for tongue PT alongside a tongue tie release that was performed by Dr. James Bieneman. ChitChat was recommended to me by Bieneman but it went far above and beyond my expectations. Working with Angie was always a pleasure, and after completing the release and all the myo work we did together, I have increased the mobility and precision with which I can move my tongue and chew. I have also reduced my migraines to nearly none. I cannot recommend this practice enough, I have nothing but great things to say 😊 "

"Angie was the first medical provider (out of a few dozen) who thought that my headaches were related to my orthodontic and jaw issues... Thanks to her knowledge, I'm completely headache-free and am back at work again."

"Angie was instrumental in helping treat my sleep apnea and snoring issues. In addition to the myofunctional therapy, she referred me to several specialists and helped coordinate the care, communicating with them multiples times during the process. I would have been flying entirely blind without her help and I'm not sure I would have seen the improvement in my sleep quality that I have."

"After having daily migraines for 18 months, seeing 30+ medical providers in several disciplines, and trying dozens of ineffective migraine medications, I saw Angie for a myofunctional evaluation. She noted my many signs and symptoms of an orofacial myofunctional disorder (sleeping problems, mouth breathing, dark circles under my eyes, low tongue resting posture, tongue thrust swallow...I could go on).
"At this point, I was ready to give up my search for migraine relief, much less a cure. (Due to the medical appointments I drove to all over the metro Denver-Boulder area, I took a medical leave from my corporate job for a couple of months).
"Despite what all of the medical doctors hypothesized, Angie maintained that my temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJD) could be contributing to my 'migraines.' This was confirmed after I visited an airway-centric dentist and also an airway-centric orthodontist whom Angie recommended. Both of these doctors noticed that I clenched my jaw and that my bite had been negatively altered by previous orthodontics. I pursued orthodontic treatment with one of the doctors, and myo therapy with Angie.
"Within just two days of wearing upper and lower retainers, I had significant relief from 'migraines.' Within one week, my 'migraines' were completely gone! Based on my progress, I realized that the reputable neurologist who specializes in migraines (whom I had seen for a year and was "100% certain" that I had migraines) misdiagnosed me. I actually had headaches resulting from my orofacial myofunctional disorder (my biggest signs were TMJD and sleep apnea).
"I'm incredibly thankful for Angie's expertise and support throughout my orthodontic, TMJD, and headache journey. She and her network of medical providers have enabled me to feel and live like I did before my migraine misdiagnosis."
